The Opportunity:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Nobosoft as a Co-founder. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to not only lead our sales efforts but also to become a co-owner of our growing agency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients, creating a strong pipeline of qualified leads for Nobosoft’s services.
  • Prospecting: Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with prospects through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning Nobosoft’s solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies, develop new approaches, and improve conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Web Design, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to client onboarding.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential clients.
